Palestinian Journalist’ Syndicate: 200 Violations Committed Against Journalists In October, 2019

Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate affirmed that Israeli occupation army continue to target Palestinian journalists. More than 95 violations were recorded while the army prevented journalists from media coverage 40 times. Occupation also assaulted 30 journalists and led to the suffocation of a number of journalists by Gaza. It also imposed fines and subjected press workers to trial, as well as targeting media equipment.

5 other journalists were wounded, while 7 were arrested during media coverage. Israeli intelligence also summoned 4 journalists for investigation.
