Israel to announce 1500 acres in Jericho as a “State Land”

Israel will announce 1540 acres of land in Jericho as a State Land for the purpose of expanding the lands under the control of the settlements in the region. The political leadership represented security minister Moshe Yaalon and prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has approved the confiscation. Israeli authorities to finalize the resolution before announcing it officially soon.

It’s worth mentioning that the aforementioned land is located to the north of Almog settlement where settlers from the settlement of Fered Yereho work partially in it (Area c)
The civil ADMINISTRATION said the “in accordance with the political resolution the confiscation has been approved to consider the land as a state land”.
