Israel starts to implement a settlement plan that divides the West Bank and ends the two-state solution

The Israeli occupation authorities have started to implement a plan to build a settlement in Givat Hamatus in occupied Jerusalem, which will isolate the south of the West Bank from its center and north and undermine the chance of establishing a Palestinian state or a two-state solution, the Channel 10 reported on Sunday 15-10-2107.

The channel pointed out that some engineering equipment arrived to that area and the basic operations to level land started in preparation for the implementation of this plan of settlement construction.

The channel said that the implementation of the plan will make it difficult to reach a political peace deal with the Palestinians, and it will deprive them from establishing their Palestinian state.
