17 Israeli violations against Palestinian journalists during October 2017

The Israeli occupation forces have continued their attacks on journalists in the Palestinian territories, in a systematic manner to obliterate the truth. In October 17 violations against them were recorded.

The Israeli occupation forces continued to pursue and target journalists by firing live metal bullets, tear gas, beatings and direct arrests to confiscate the truth and suppressing freedom of opinion and expression to hide their daily crimes.

During October 2017, the number of journalists injured by rubber bullets, gas bombs and beatings, in addition to other attacks four injuries, while the number of arrests, detentions, withdrawal of cards and shooting that did not result in injuries was up to nine cases. Whereas four cases of attacks on institutions and press equipment were recorded.
