After Burning Huwara, Terrorist Settler Gangs Burn Turmosayya Town, Without Any deterrence

On 21-6-2023, Terrorist settler Armed gangs attacked the town of Turmosayya near Ramallah and its unarmed residents, in front of the whole world.

The attack took place under the protection of Israeli Occupation Forces who provided them a cover and exchanged roles with them in order to kill, burn, damage and terrorize the town.

Over the course of three hours, the Palestinian town turned into a mass of flames and smoke, after settlers burned more than 30 houses while its people – especially women, children and the elderly – were inside, as well as more than 60 vehicles and other properties, before they fired bullets at the chests of the Palestinians, who tried to defend themselves and their homes, which resulted in the death of Omar Hisham Abdullah Jabara, 25 years, and the injury of dozens.

The settlers’ crime in Turmosayya is an original copy of their crime in Huwwara south of Nablus which was committed in 26 of Feb. which led to the murder of Sameh Aqtash 37-years and the injury of dozens of citizens and dozens of houses, as well as hundreds of cars.

Despite of condemnation statements which followed burning Huwara, as well as calls to hold perpetrators responsible for this crime, those settlers got away with it as usual, then their terrorism and criminality reached other towns.

Olfat Abdel Halim, a Palestinian woman who hold an American citizenship,  and whose house was attacked by settlers while her children were in it, told Wafa Agency: “I was visiting a doctor in Ramallah, I received a phone call from my children, during which they told me that the settlers had attacked the house with incendiary bombs.” She added that “her children rushed to the basement of the house to take refuge from the settlers’ attack.”

She also added: “This is my children’s first visit to Palestine. We came from the United States to spend the summer vacation at our house, but today’s settler attack changed all our lives and prevented us from staying in our house, which turned into rubble.”

Osama Abdel Aziz, a Palestinian who also holds American citizenship, and recently arrived from the United States of America, indicates that he was with his children at his house at noon, and when he heard sounds of gunfire and stones targeting his house

, he moved his children to a safe room in the house for half an hour, during which the settlers’ attack continued. Abdel Aziz added “Part of my house was burned, and they also burned my vehicle in front of the house entirely.”
