Religious Terrorism Against Christians – Israeli Official Asks a Monk to Hide his Cross in Jerusalem! Video

Israeli officials in the administration of (Al-Buraq Wall in the Occupied Jerusalem) asked the German monk “Patriarch Nicodemus from the Benedictine Monastery in Jerusalem to hide the cross” which he dressed under the pretext that showing the Cross “doesn’t respect the place”.

This took place while the monk was accompanying the German Minister of Education and Science, Yetina Stark-Witzinger, during her visit to the place and in front of her eyes. This behavior comes in light of the escalation of Israeli racism against Christian clergy and churches.

The Israeli representative told the monk that he should hide the Cross, and said “This is a Jewish place and you have to respect it”, and asked him to put (the Cross) inside his dress.”

Then the monk replied while feeling shocked with this racism “You don’t respect me, and violate my rights as a human, this is a provocation, this is my dress and this is how I wear”.

The Israeli representative said while pointing to the Cross “there is no problem with your dress but I have a problem with its accessories”. The monk replied “The Cross is a part of the catholic dress, “And you ask me not to dress as my faith requires.” The German minister was present with the monk throughout the discussion with the representative of the Israeli occupation.
