Israeli National Security minister, the extremist rightist Itmar Ben Gvir, called for giving a “medal of appreciation” to the settler member of “Otmsa Yehudit” which is headed by Ben Gvir, and who shot dead the martyr Qusay Mu’tan (19 years) during a terrorist attack committed by settlers in the town of Burqa east of Ramallah in the Occupied West Bank.
These calls appeared in his official personal account on social media. He wrote:
“My policy is clear. Anyone who defends himself from stone throwing should be awarded a Medal of Appreciation,” he was quoted as saying by the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper’s website.
Among those involved in the terrorist attack and shooting that caused the death of the Palestinian teenager in Burqa: is the settler Elisha Yared, who served as a parliamentary assistant in the “Otmsa Yehudit” party, and the settler Yehiel Endor.
