A member of Knesset from Netanyahu’s party renews his call to burn Gaza and kill its people

Israeli MP from the Likud Party (Prime Minister Netanyahu’s party), Nissim Vaturii, renewed his call to burn Gaza and kill its people instead of harming Israeli soldiers.

He said in statements on Wednesday morning, January 10, 2024, on the Hebrew “Kol Barama” radio: “We must enter and tear them apart. There is nothing to think about here. There are even no considerations. In the northern Gaza Strip, we evacuated them all. We were able to evacuate 1.9 million.” on a regular basis, there are still 100,000. I do not think there are any innocent people, neither now nor before.”

Vaturii caused an uproar last December, due to a blog post he wrote on the X platform in which he said that Gaza should be “burned now.”

During his interview, Vaturii also disparaged the trial of Israel in the International Court of Justice, on charges of committing genocide, according to the lawsuit filed by South Africa against Tel Aviv. He continued: “We are grateful that we had the honor of being tried in The Hague.”
