Settlers Establish a New Settlement Outpost in the Town of Burqa, East of Al-Beira

The Israeli rightist government under Netanyahu is still supporting settler gangs who confiscate Palestinian lands in the West Bank. The settlers erected today, Thursday 1-2-2024 a settlement outpost near the city of Al-Beera in Ramallah.

Head of Burqa town council, east of Al-Bireh, said that a group of settlers established a settlement outpost on the town’s lands, aiming to control large lands and link them to settlements established several years ago in the site”.

Kanaan said that “these lands are privately owned by locals and people who own formal and official papers for them”. He added that the settlers under the protection of IOF are controlling about 1000 Dununms in the town”.
