A Bill before the Israeli Knesset calls to release the Israeli investigators documenting the investigation with the Palestinian prisoners

The draft Law of releasing the Israeli interrogators from documenting the investigation with the Palestinian prisoners is a racial proposed law aims to cover up the violation of laws during the investigation and to hide the psychological and physical torture practiced by the occupation investigators against the Palestinian detainees. This racial Bill targets the Palestinians in particular, and this exemption is really a flagrant, unjustified and illegal discrimination.

It serves as a license for the investigators to practice torture. It is premise to the practice of torture and violence against prisoners by the interrogators and the Israeli intelligence. This Bill involves a lot of dangers that threaten the lives of the Palestinian prisoners. This racial Bill also contradicts the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the Geneva Conventions, particularly the Third Convention and the fourth Convention, and the Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners for 1955, and the International Covenant of the Civil and Political Rights for 1966 and the United Nations Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from torture.
