The court justified its decision by saying that Israeli authorities and &#8220;Settlement department&#8221; had transferred this land to settlers in an &#8220;innocent way&#8221; and without knowing that it is a private Palestinian property.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-13631 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.wewiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/18.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"397\" height=\"316\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.wewiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/18.jpg 551w, https:\/\/www.wewiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/18-471x375.jpg 471w, https:\/\/www.wewiv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/18-540x430.jpg 540w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 397px) 100vw, 397px\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Haaretz investigation revealed that &#8220;settlement department&#8221; gave settlers &#8220;rights&#8221; in this land after months of knowing that it is a Palestinian private property. Despite this fact, the &#8220;department&#8221; gave the land to settlers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Law experts affirmed that the court&#8217;s decision is really controversial even if the land was given to settlers in an &#8220;innocent&#8221; way. So, this land isn&#8217;t a &#8220;state land&#8221; but confiscated by occupation army.
