This is the first time since the occupation of Jerusalem in 1967 where the number of settlers who stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque exceeds the number of “tourists.”<\/p>\n

Since 2017, the number of settlers has doubled, as 30,219 settlers stormed the AL- Haram\u00a0 Al-Qudsi in the year. In the following year, 2018, the number of settlers who stormed AL- Haram\u00a0 Al-Qudsi increased to 35,695 settlers. In 2019, 37,708 settlers stormed AL- Haram \u00a0Al-Qudsi.<\/p>\n

The number of settlers who stormed AL- Haram\u00a0 Al-Qudsi in 2020 decreased to 19,814, due to the spread of the Corona virus in March.<\/p>\n
