On Saturday evening, August 2, 2025, terrorist settler gangs carried out an armed attack on the town of Aqraba, south of Nablus, killing a young Palestinian man and wounding eight others with bullets. The victims were taken to the hospital.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the martyr was Mu’in Subhi Muhammad Asfar (24 years old).<\/span><\/p>\n

The mayor of Aqraba said that armed settlers from the new settlement outpost built on private Palestinian land south of the town attacked the southern area of the town and opened fire on Palestinians, under the protection of the Israeli occupation army.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the martyrdom of Mu’in Asfar, the number of martyrs killed by settler gunfire since the beginning of this year has risen to nine, including five since the beginning of July. The number of martyrs killed by settler gunfire and attacks since October 7, 2023, has reached 31.<\/span><\/p>\n
