Israeli Officer who Ordered Shooting against Protesters is Given of Golani Brigade Commander Position

 Israeli chief of staff Ghadi Izankot has appointed colonel Shay Kelver a new commander of Golani Brigade.

This officer became famous in Dec 2013 when he ordered to open fire against a protest organized by Israeli and Palestinian left activists demonstrating against separation wall in the area of “Qanah”. This officer ordered his soldiers to open fire against the protesters where a US activist and one Israeli activist were wounded.
