Mladenov: Killing a 12-year-old Palestinian boy by Israeli bullets in Gaza is horrible

“Killing a 12-year-old Palestinian boy by Israeli bullets yesterday in Gaza Strip is horrible and tragic,” UN envoy Nikolai Mladenov said in a statement on Twitter, he added, “children are not target. Many children were killed; it is time to put an end to this.”
