B’Tselem: The High Court of Justice in The service of Israeli Occupation

B’Tselem Organization said in a statement that the court decision describes a fantasy world created by three judges – Amet, Metsler and Baron; a world in which equal planning policy prevails, and in which Palestinians’ needs are taken into consideration, as if there is not occupation at all. But the reality is completely different: Palestinians can’t build according to law, because they are isolated from decision-making circles that only focus on settlers luxury.

The court’s decision show again that those who suffer under occupation can’t seek justice in the courts of Israeli occupation. In fact, of Al-Khan A-Ahmar to be really demolished, the three judges will bear responsibility for a war crime.
