33 Israeli violations against journalists in last September

The Palestinian News and Information Agency (Wafa) reported 33 violations against journalists in the Palestinian territories by the Israeli occupation authorities during September 2018.

The report confirmed that the Israeli occupation forces continue to target Palestinian journalists deliberately, as part of a programed policy to limit their activity and their role in covering events, practices and violations carried out by these forces against unarmed citizens.

The number of injured journalists in September 2018 caused by firing rubber bullets, tear gas canisters and severe beatings and other attacks was 27. The number of arrests, detentions, cards withdrawal and shooting which did not result in injuries was 6 cases.
