Human rights organization: Israel arrests 5,000 Palestinians by end of September 2019

Aldameer Association for Human Rights said that the total number of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails reached by the end of September 2019:

..        Total number of prisoners: 5000

..        Number of female prisoners: 43

..        Number of children prisoners: 190

..        Number of administrative prisoners (without trial): 425

..        Prisoners sentenced to life imprisonment: 540

..        Prisoners (pre-Oslo agreement): 26

..        Prisoners spent more than 20 years in jails: 47

..        Prisoners sentenced for more than 20 years: 498
