Injuries of Civilians – 05-07-2014

Jerusalem – The Israeli forces suppressed a group of boys in Al-I’zariyya and Abu Dis, during which dozens of young men were injured, including an injury in the neck and another in the head.

Jenin – Dozens of citizens suffered from suffocation, during clashes with Israeli forces in Barta’a village, southwest of Jenin. The Israeli forces stormed Barta’a in a provocative step very early in the morning to evolve to clashes between citizens and the occupation forces that fired bullets, stun grenades and tear gas heavily, injuring dozens of citizens with suffocation.

Nablus – The youth Tariq A’dela (22 years), was injured after being attacked by a group of settlers in Usrein village, south of Nablus.

Bethlehem – The boy A’laa Moussa A’bayyat (17 years) from Kisan village, east of Bethlehem, was injured after a settler ran over him and fled, the boy was transferred to Beit Jala Hospital for treatment and his injury was described as moderate.

Bethlehem – The occupation forces suppressed a group of boys in the vicinity of Bilal bin Rabah Mosque in Bethlehem, and the Israeli soldiers fired live and rubber bullets, stun grenades and tear gas towards the citizens, injuring a young man with a live bullet in the groin area and evacuated to a hospital in Bethlehem. His injury was described as moderate. Four other youths were injured with metal and rubber-coated metal bullets, several others suffered from suffocation because of inhaling tear gas.

Hebron – Six youths were injured by rubber bullets, and two others were wounded with a tear gas canister during the clashes that erupted with the occupation forces at the entrance of Al-A’rroub, north of Hebron. A number of citizens and residents also got faint and choking as the Israeli soldiers fired live bullets and stun and smoke grenades towards homes, forcing residents to evacuate their homes, especially near the military tower at the entrance of the camp.

Hebron – Clashes erupted in Bab Az-Zawya area, in the center of Hebron. The Israeli occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades and gas towards the citizens, injuring a number of them with suffocation.
