Summary:
Israeli occupation forces continued their crimes and abuses of the humanitarian international law against Palestinians civilians and their properties in the occupied Palestinians territories. This week incited increase in razing and demolition of houses in the occupied Jerusalem, in an attempts to displace them forcibly. At the same time, settlers continue their attacks against Palestinians. In addition, occupation forces continue using excessive force against civilian Palestinians, as well as storming towns and cities in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, which includes arrests. Also, the Gaza Strip continues to suffer from the worst siege in human history. This siege has been started since 15 years, as a policy of collective punishment against Palestinians which contradicts the international laws. This led to worsening the humanitarian situation in all levels.
Details:
- Three Palestinians were martyred, one of them is a child, including the occupied east Jerusalem.
- 15 Palestinians were wounded including children and a journalist, during excessive force used by IOF in the West Bank.
- IOF opened fire 12 times toward agricultural lands in Gaza, and 7 times toward fishing boats.
- IOF arrested 201 Palestinians, including 8 children and women, in 224 raids in the West Bank, including the occupied Jerusalem.
- IOF raided Berzeit University’s campus and attacked the security men.
- IOF arrested fishermen and confiscated their boats in the Gaza sea, and arrested citizens during their attempt to infiltrate.
- IOF demolished 10 Palestinian houses, issued evacuation orders, and confiscated 4700 acres in the occupied Jerusalem.
- IOF erected 69 flying checkpoints between towns and citizens of the occupied West Bank, hindering the movement of Palestinians between the towns and citizens in the West Bank.
