Children are not targets

 An audio recording of the moment when Israeli tanks shot the child #Layan_Hamada, 15 years old in #Gaza while she was talking on the phone with the Red Crescent asking for help. Layan was killed and Hind, 6 years old, remained trapped inside the vehicle surrounded by Israeli tanks.
