Israeli Occupation Civil Administration Confiscates a Palestinian Vehicle and Fines its Owner 3894 Shekels

What is so called the Israeli Civil Administration has confiscated a Palestinian car on 29-4-2015 owned by the citizen Yousef Ihsan Salem Hussein, in the area of Yezra. The Civil Administration imposed a fine of 3894 Shekels as a condition to release the vehicle.
