Israeli police said the suspects admitted targeting Palestinian cars in the West Bank and throwing an Israeli car with stones by mistake.
IOF released two Jewish children admitted targeting a Palestinian car but they threw an Israeli car by mistake causing injuries to 4-year-old child in Hebron.
Israeli Police spokeswoman Loba Samari said that attackers are from the settlement of Keryat Arbaa.
