Israeli Court Closes Lawsuit against two Israeli Guards who Killed Two Palestinians at Qalandia Checkpoint

Israeli public prosecution announced yesterday that it has closed the suit filed against two Israeli guards who, last April, killed the brothers Maram Salem Hassan Abu Ismael 23-year-old from the town of al-Ram, and her brother Ibrahim Saleh Taha 16-year-old from the town of Beet Soreek.

It’s worth mentioning that the shooting was documented by Cameras fixed in the checkpoint. The court said that it closed the suit due to the lack of sufficient evidence, while the second guard was deemed innocent.
