Hebron – The occupation authorities decided to establish a new settlement in the colony of Kiryat Arba ‘in addition to the establishment of two new outposts in Gush Etzion settlement in the West Bank. One of the outposts was set up opposite to Surif town, in Hebron. They placed ‘caravans’ in the two outposts, ‘Telma Haim’ soon.
