The Occupation approves dozens of new settlement units in Itamar settlement

In continuation of Netanyahu government’s policy of strengthening the settlers ‘hold on Palestinian land in the West Bank, channel 7 said that an agreement signed between the settlers’ leadership and the Israeli government provides for the expansion of the Itamar settlement built on the land of Nablus governorate, by building 62 new housing units and setting up a bypass road.

“The agreement achieves the (Zionist dream) in settlement expansion and it is a day of joy for Itamar settlers and for all settlers,” said Yossi Dagan, head of the Israeli settlement council in Nablus area.
