Pictures: New Violations by Settler Gangs Against Journalists in Salfit Governorate

Palestinian Journalists’ Syndicate condemned Israeli occupation forces and heavy-armed settlers’ assaults against a number of journalists in Salfit governorate, which resulted in the injury of many.

Journalists in the governorate were severely attacked by Israeli forces and dozens of settlers, who used weapons and dogs, leading to the injury of a number of them.

The Palestinian Journalist’s Syndicate said that “this is a dangerous development in terms of the nature of the violation, which was done in coordination between Israeli occupation forces and settlers against journalists. This act aims to silence and terror journalists in order to prevent them from covering the truth about the occupation crimes, in particular the crime of confiscating lands in favor of settlement expansion, as well as the crime of attacking Palestinian legal owners of lands”.
