A number of settlers near the settlement of Ifrat practiced violence against Palestinians last week, but Israeli media didn’t cover the incident although Israeli police dealt with the situation seriously.
According the a spokesman of the Israeli police, last Wednesday, two settlers driving a motorcycle chased a Palestinian car near the settlement of Ifrat and threatened the driver and forced him to stop his car and get it. After some hours, another Palestinian bus passing from the same street was forced to stop by settlers. One of the settlers used the gun and put it on the head of a worker and said “Pray for your life” before escaping.
It’s worth mentioning that one of the Palestinians filed a complaint against Israeli police. After interrogation it turned out that kidnappers were settlers.
