82 New Housing Units in Jerusalem approved
Israeli municipality of Jerusalem approved 82 new housing units in the area of Ramat Shlomo specialized for religious Jews in eastern Jerusalem, according to the organization of Eir Ameem.
This organization calls for just division of the city between Palestinians and Israelis. It said in a statement that the apartments will be in two separate buildings within the framework of a project announced in 2010.
It’s worth mentioning that in 2010 Israel announced a plan of building new housing units in Ramar Shlomo. The announcement was made during the visit of Jo Biden in 2010.
